DeSoto ISD Invites Community to Join “Creating Magical Moments: DeSoto Takes Disney” Homecoming Festivities
Calling all dreamers, heroes, and
fairy tale fans! ✨ DeSoto High School is
proud to announce this year’s Homecoming theme: “Creating Magical Moments:
DeSoto Takes Disney!” The weeklong celebration promises spirit-filled
campus activities, a community parade, pep rally, and block party designed to
unite scholars, families, alumni, and neighbors in Eagle pride.
“Homecoming is a time for tradition,
togetherness, and celebration of our scholars and community,” said [Insert
Principal’s Name], principal of DeSoto High School. “This year’s
Disney-inspired theme gives everyone a chance to bring creativity to life while
strengthening the connection between our schools and families.”
From Mickey Mouse to Moana, Frozen to
Finding Nemo, the 2025 Homecoming celebration will highlight timeless
characters, powerful stories, and joyful memories. Scholars, clubs, teams, and
community organizations are encouraged to participate in the parade by creating
floats, walking groups, or themed costumes inspired by Disney, Pixar, Marvel,
or Star Wars. Sports teams are welcome to represent in school gear—or add a
touch of Disney magic to their look.
